Day 7: Widget

The widget is a small tool that you can easily integrate on your website and in your web application.

To navigate forward and backward, click on the arrow-buttons ← and → on the bottom
or on your keyboard. Alternatively, click on the purple circles to go to the next step.

  • Knowledge database
    With the integration of knowledge databases, you can offer help exactly where your customer is, whether on your website or in your web application.

  • Contact form
    Your customer can write to you directly using the integrated contact form. This makes it easy for your customers to contact you directly.

  • Styling
    Customize the widget according to your requirements, be it by adding your logo, adjusting colors, icons, or texts.

  • Multilanguage
    Set the language of the widget according to your requirements and location.

  • Show last article directly
    Automatically display the latest article in a specific category, e.g. to report on the latest updates.
