Day 5: Create a knowledge base

It's time to document your knowledge so that your team and your customers can also benefit from it. Now, we'll show you how to create a knowledge base with HelpSpace Docs.

Create a Docs Site

To navigate forward and backward, click on the arrow-buttons ← and → on the bottom
or on your keyboard. Alternatively, click on the purple circles to go to the next step.

  • Create a Docs site
    Create a knowledge base in which you describe the functions and operation of your product. Document your FAQ so that customers can inform themselves.

  • Docs Site settings
    Configure whether the page is only accessible internally or also from outside. Select a style between Help Center, Documentation and Blog and adapt the CI with your logo and colors.

Create categories and articles

  • Create and edit articles
    Document your knowledge and use our flexible editor to quickly and easily capture and present things, be it with images, videos, iframes, HTML, tables and much more.
