Day 6: Manage Tasks
Tasks are used for internal communication and task management within the team, in contrast to tickets, which are intended for external communication with the customer.
The tasks can be used both on their own and in combination with the tickets.

Create a board
Create a board (Kanban) that only certain users can access. You can name and customize the different statuses. The board gives you an optimal overview of who is currently working on which tasks. You can also move tasks back and forth between boards.Edit task
You can also use tasks independently of tickets. Create tasks and subtasks, describe what needs to be done, assign them to a person and set an end date.Create tasks in a ticket
Customer inquiries often need to be processed by a team to resolve them. One or more tasks can be created in a ticket and assigned to different users.
